Hotel Policies

With refer to your requirement the cancellations and No show policies on own web site (www.bhungathani.com) as follows,

Less than 7 days in advance-subject to one night charge (Now un till Oct 31’09) (From May 1’10 - Oct 31’10)
Less than 18 days in advance-subject to one night charge (From March 1’10– May 31’10)
Less than 30 days in advance-subject to one night charge (From Nov 1’09 – Feb 28’10)

If reservations are canceled or reduced by more than the allowed number after the minimum notice period has passed, a late cancellation fee equivalent of the contract rate for one night will be charged.
